The FBI defines terrorism as unlawful use of force or
violence against a persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government,
the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance or a political
or social objectives. Cyber-terrorism, which does often include criminal libel
and other forms of intended harm and abuse, is fast becoming the most effective
medium to carry out these crimes. Mr. Fisher is being pursued legally for civil
and criminal libel, which includes the posting and promotion of hate propaganda
against Jews and other minority groups.
